How You Consent to MCPCIO Text Messages

MCPCIO is a doing-business-as (DBA) name of Effinsoftware.com INC. This page shows exactly how MCPCIO collects SMS consent. The live, interactive version appears in the Communication Preferences section of your account settings page (mcpcio.com/account.html) after you sign in. The controls below are a non-interactive preview of that screen and its consent language. Providing a phone number and consenting to SMS is entirely optional and is not required to use any MCPCIO service.

How opt-in works (verified double opt-in)

You enter your mobile phone number on the account settings page.
MCPCIO sends a one-time verification code to that number via SMS.
You enter the code to confirm you own the number.
Only after verification can you check the SMS and/or call consent boxes shown below. The boxes are unchecked by default.

Consent is optional and not required to use MCPCIO services.

Message and data rates: standard message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: reply STOP at any time, or uncheck the SMS box / remove your number on the account page.

Privacy: we do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information, phone number, or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
